MR. WILFORD'S CANDIDATURE.

Mr. Wilford addressed the Hutt electors at Petone last evening. He put forward his personal platform comprising 24 planks. Mr. Wilford was accorded an unanimous .vote of thanks, and tho meeting closed with cheers for the candidate.
