Madrid, July 24. Senhor Cristo, the son,of a wellknown Portuguese monarchist, declares that King Manuel has devoted ono third of his fortune to support the rnonrbrcln'st cause, and that he in personally directing a conspiracy 'of monarchists, counting on the support of 10,000 men.
