BATHS AND DRAINAGE LOANS.
Cr Hampson mcved that the loan polls for swimming baths and drainage be held over pending further instructions from the Council. Ho thought they might form part of a loan consolidation scheme. Cr Bisley seconded the motion, which was carried. A number of councillors asked for information on various subjects, which was supplied by the Mayor and the Town Clerk. The Town Clerk said the by-laws needed revision, and Crs Fell, Harley, Mercer and Snodgrass were appointed] a By-Laws Committee,
