Mexico City, April 30.
Reports from El Paso and Chihuahua assert that thousands of Federal reinforcements are moving towards Jaurez. Madera, the rebel leader, says that the movement of this force breaks the armistice.
Madero telegraphed to President Diaz on the matter, and a reply was received that the Government knew nothing.
Madero is unable to communicate with Chihuahua.
