A YOUNG MAN DROWNED.

Wellington, April 16. Clarence Morrish, agfed 21 years, was drowned off Paraparaumu Beach this morning. He went out in a canvas boat with another .youth named Hyde, and half a mile from land the boat was struck by a wave, and capsized. Morrish sank and was not seen again, but Hyde was saved by his father. Morrnh's people live in Wellington, but his father and brother are at present in Christchiwch. ( Deceased's brother, William Morfish, a few months ago went out in a boat from Cheltenham Beach5 near Auckland,and was never soeii again.
