SIR JOSEPH WARD'S VIEWS. [Press Association—Copyright.] (Received April 16, 5.5 p.m.) London, April 15. Sir Joseph Ward, interviewed at New York, said that without trespassing upon the domain of English politics he suggested that the possibly continued failure of English statesmen to find a permanent solution of the Irish question barred the way to complete Anglo-Saxon unity. He urged the co-operation of British communities on the Pacific seaboard against Asiatic invasion.
