WINE MERCHANTS' LOSSES.
AN ANARCHIST CONSPIRACY. (Received April 10, 5.5 p.m.) Paris, April 15. Dubois and Lagocho, the ringleaders of the riots, were arrested. M. Ayala and some other wine shippers have decided to quit the country. M. Ayala's losses are £'200,000 sterling, and the total losses amount to £750,000. Papers seized at Ventouil indicate that the disorders were the outcome of a plot supported by Parisian anarchists. ■ Minor demonstrations wore made at various points. The strategic approaches to lUieims are now closely guarded. Many bodies of rioters are converging on the city. Artillery are protecting the clmmpagno depots.
