JAPANESE LANDING IN MEXICO
SIGNIFICANT RUMOURS,

The newspapers state that it is apparent that tho United States' interference in Mexico is an effort to secure suzerainty over the Panama. Canal. Thero are rumours of the landing of Japanese coolies in Mexico, nominally for industrial purposes, but they ara really trained soldiers similar to the Japanese in Hawai.
