SUSPICION IN GERMANY

The Press is suspicious of British sincerity regarding disarmament, and sceptical as to the prospects of arbitration agreements. The "Nord Dentseho" hails with sincere satisfaction Sir Edward Grey's conciliatory utterances as doing justice to the German standpoint.
