(Received March 17, 0.5 a.m.) London, March 10. In tho House of Commons Mr Winston Churchill introduced a comprehensive Mines Bill on the lines of the Royal Commission's recommendations. Lord Shaftesbury's Bill prohibiting street trading by boys under 17 and girls under 18 was read the,' second time. Mr Harcourt, in reply to a question, eaid the Government proposed thai the Imperial Conference should dismiss the enforcement everywhere within the Empire of a commercial award given in another part of tha Empire, and also the extension of tbQ Imperial postal orders schema.
