London, March 14. Six thousand men arc working night and day erecting 200 buildings for the Festival of Empire. There will be 600 exhibitors in the All-British Exhibition within the pal nee Clubs for colonial visitors are being opened at Sydenlmm, Knightsbridge, and the Crystal Palace.
About 40,000 school children will attend 16 full dress rehearsals in connection with the Pageant of Empire.
Ten acres will bo devoted to sheep, cattle, poultry, butter, and fruit at the exhibition in connection with the Agricultural Congress.
