NAUTICAL COURT.
[United Pbess Association.] Auckland, March 11. The Nautical Court opened an enquiry to-day into tlio stranding of the cutter Kiwi off Howick. Afterwards the point was raised that the Court had 110 jurisdiction unless material damage was done. Mr Kettle adjourned the hearing to consider the point.
