The following is tho result of last week's play:— Senior championship: Watt boat Rutherford.
Junior championship: Graham boat Levien, Trent, nud Dalzicl; Trent beat Mitchell.
Vice-President's Pairs: The semifinal for these has bean divided into two heats, and the winner of each heat will play the best two out of three panics. Harkness and Pauling (s) Tieat Wilmot and Watt (s) and Scott land E. J. Allen (s).
Lyell Cup: E. 11. Bisley beat Wil3ianis ; Warren boat Kerr ; Gould boat Bhnllcrass; Rout beat Coster; Cress,well beat T. Field.
. Feathers; On Saturday afternoon these matches warp continued. Levien, Mitchell, Cresswell, Watt (s) 23; Menzies, Field, Crawford (sub.), de Castro (s) 13. Gould, Scott, Hogg, Heaps (s) 23; King (sub.), Hcyward, Quinn (sub.), R. B. .Jackson (s) 20. The conquering match between theCivil servants belonging to the Nelson and Maitai Clubs was played or. Thursday evening, and resulted in the Nelson men being successful by a good margin. The matches have proved ver-<- interesting and cordial. The rev sult of tho final game was: M. Jackson, Menzies, Crawford, de Castro (s) 25: Mirams, Whelan, J. E. Allen, C. J. McEeachen (s) 14. On Wednesday, on the occasion of a visit to Nelson of a number of bowl-r.-s from the Motueka Club, a tworink match was hurriedly arranged Nelson succeeded in annexing botl games, but the Bayites made an excellent fight. The results were: Nel son—J. 10. Allen, Harkness, Stiles. Crawford (s) 26; Motueka—Cate, Jor dan, Drogptnuller, Griffen (s) 17. Nel son—Mnnsford, Sinclair. Moves, Condell <s) 21 ; Motueka—Wilkinson, Me Glr.shnn, Skiltan, Buddro (s) 18.
