A PROSPEROUS YEAR.
(Received 9, 9.40 p.m.) Sydney, March 9. The official report on tho stock and crop prospects says that though heavy rains caused considerable losses in the potato and fruit crops, the season has been the most prosperous for years and the outlook for the winter is very bright.
