One is in charge of Father Cortie, Professor of Physics at Stoiiyhurst College, Lancashire, and he is accredited representative of the Royal Astronomical Society and the Royal Society. The other is under Br Lockyer, first assistant in the Solar Physics Observatory, South Kensington, representative of the British Government.
