MOBILISATION FOR MANOEUVRES.
NO MEXICAN PROTEST.

It is officially announced that the mobilisation on thci Mexican frontier is solely for manoeuvres. Mexico understands that she is not threatened, and a protest therefore will not be forthcoming.
One-third of the Unitod States army and several warships will bo mobilised. President Diaz's health is excellent.
