The "Daily Express1' states that hundreds of families of the 12,000 miners on strike in the mid-Rhoudda Valley arc on the verge, of starvation, and that women and children often faint in the streets from hunger. The colliers are receiving 10s weekly from the Miners' P\>deration, whose funds arc rapidly dwindling. The tradesmen are on the verge oi ruin, and refuse the strikers furthei credit.
