Owing to liis insinuations that Ministers pniiitcd by concessions, tho Grand Vizier (llakki J'asha) struck Ismail Kcmal, Lejidor of the Moderate liberals. Dervisli Bey, a Unionist Deputy, also struck Ismail violently on the' face, but they were subsequently reconciled.
