A LONDON LIBEL ACTION.
London, March /. Lord Howard de Waldc<n is suing John Lewis, a London silk mercer, for alleged libel in placing in his shop a placard accusing Lord Howard de Walden, who is his landlord, of exercising wicked and unscrupulous oppression. The action is a climax of ten years' litigation.
