The case against Lewis John Pcpporill, alleged to have liad carnal knowledge of a girl between tho ago of twelve and sixteen, was adjourned till next session, as was tho caso against Albert Edward Madgwick, for alleged cattle stealing at Rahotu. In divorce a decree nisi was gr.mted in the case of August Enevold Nielson v. Kll'.-n Marie Nielson, of Hokianga, and in the case of Nora Rosalind McLean y. John Hector McLean.
