Although occupying a small space only, this stand is one which appeals very much to dairymen. Before coming to it one sees what appears to be two (ladies turning separators, but in reality these are neatly got up pictures on cardboard. The Sharpies tubular separators are P. H. Best's pnncipal line and he has a No. 4, a,.oOgallon per hour, machine on view: On looking over the machine one iB struck by the simplicity of everything compared with all other makes of separators. The milk receiver is very' low, the bearing self-bilirig, ball bearings, upon which the bowl is susperidedj therebj' ensuring easy running. The bowl is very simple, consisting of only three parts, which is & long item iri washing, compared tp;so or 60 in some makes. Mr. Best informed us that the Sharpies separator is the only bottom feed 'suspended bowl" separator made and" the sales of them exceed '-most if not all, other makes combined. They are made iri the following; styles: Hand, hand convertible to belt, steam, turbine and electrical power, and the last named, though not stocked by Mr. Best can be procured within a day or two. Anyone intending to purchase a separator is recoinmended^ to inspect Mr. P. H.
