A DISASTROUS FIRE.

A disastrous fire, occurred at Nathan's furiiitur© .warehouse at Albury. Aai_ employee was dressing a window^wlifin the curtain was accidentally ig^ nited. -^ The- into was enveloped in flames, and had a narrow escape. Tie building v which, was of two-, stories, was gutted. One of the walls collapsed, and several people were buried in the debris, four Toeing injured, and it is feared that one man perished. The damage is estimated at £12,000, and so far as can Jbot ascertained the place was only lightly insured.
