ONE GOVERNING BODY. [United Presb Association.] Wellington, August 22. The council of the Bowling Association met to-nigtt to consider the proposed changes in the constitution of the Association. Mt W. :El--liott, of Auckland, wrot© urging that the question be deferred with the idea i of its discussion at the next tournament at Auckland, it being- considered by many that them -should be one governing body for the whole Dominion. This course was agreed to.
