ACTION FOR DAMAGES.

In tihej; Supremo Court to-day, a case was commenced in which Louisa Mary Aitcheson, a sohool teacher, sought to recover £1000 . damages from James Martin Samson, auctioneer, as the outcome of a motor car accidnnt on April Bth, on which date the plaintiff, who was riding a bicycle," was knocked down by the car and sustained a broken breast bono, three broken ribs, besides bruises. Tho case is not yet finished.
