He said tiiat too many came to Australia for ?v, iJr eeks ?, a?ld then bought that they knew all about it. .Referring to the Navigation Act now before the Senate, he said that its provisions for the safety of human life were unexce led by siimlar legislation. There should also be a wireless installation on all ships carrying passengers.
