Colonel Seely, speaking at IJkcc • stone, referring to the Osborne. judgment, declared that the Government would be no party to allowing the matter to drift. Steps must bet aken to remedy the unforeseen position which, .although everyone wished to preserve the rights of minorities, must be harmful to the general life of the mining population. •
