The following resolutions were pass>d :— That all accounts be paid, imoiiiiting to £8 18s. That the .Board hear half the expense of cleaning out the ditch on north side of road from Mr Barnett's, providing those interested bear the remaining expense. That M-essrs J. Cook and J. A. Askew interview Mr T. Inglis, senior, re earth removed from ditch on the Swamp road, with power to act. That Mr' Lowe's application re ram bo granted. That the Board expend the sum of ton pounds in lowering and filling to improve the gratis, also improve the road where necessary, on the South Branch, if those intrested will find
