London, April 18. Before a crowded and excited House, the Prince of Wales and many peers being present, Mr O'Brien reiterated the details of his interview with Mr Lloyd George with regard to Budget concessions.

Mr Lloyd George replying, admitted that a memorandum was read at the second interview, but he said he had told Mr O'Brien that he was not in a position to make promises.
