THE BOY SCOUTS.
[United Press Association.] Wellington, April 15. As a result of negotiations between the Minister of Education and the Boy Scouts organisation, it has been arranged that while Boy Scouts are engaged at the work prescribed under tha Defence Act affecting cadets, the Scoutg will be under the control of the Commasdaivt <rf Cadets ; but at other times the Boy Scout organisation, will carry on its work independently as -heretofore.
