A competition, was fired at the Brightwater range last Saturday for the Kaiajpoi trophy and aggregate, when Private Snarinnd secured the leg-in with 93 points. Conditions, 10 shots at 200 and 600 yards. Results: Private Sharland : 45 48 — 93 Sergeant Jamieson 47 43 — 90 Corporal Sharland 45 44 — 89 Private Woollett 41 34 . 14 89 Private Brooker _; 43 43 - — 86 There, will be a; competition on the Brightwater range next Saturday, 10 shots at 500 and 600 yards, for the same trophies. The new aperture ; sights will be on the „ range- for all competitors.
