Won anyhow by twenty lengths. Karere Hack : Emblem 1, Levlanter 2, More© 3. Also started: Ascalon, Wairiki, Celeano, Lady Moutoa, Blend, Miss Sylvia, Torpoint. Kantation, Captain, Miss Alba, Puketotara, Tewhetu and Donoghue. v Manawatu Stakes: Polymorphus, 1, Penates 2, Danube 3. Also started, Madam Madcap, Formby. War Song, Larid, Kelvin, King Soult, Vice Admiral, Inspection, and Excel. Won comfortably. Telegraph Stakes: Boanerges 1, Overtime 2, Parnla 3. Also started, Lord Soult, St Bill, Hernia, Lady Menschikoff, Ballarat, Tonga, Redwing and Lady Doris. Won by a length. • Longburn .Handicap: Mendip 1, Merrie Rose 2. Northeast 3. Soratched Sir Frisco. Won by a bare length. Woodhey Hack-.Mulga Bill 1, Waitoto 2, Captain Bell 3. Magneto and Brilliance were scratched! Won by a length. ■ .. Inkorea Welter: Marton 1, Waikaraka 2, Bourrasque 3. Golden Loop and Passive were soratched. Won easily.
