FOOTBALL IN THE GERMAN ARMY.
London, April 12. The "Daily Mail's" Berlin correspondent says that the Kaiser has made football compulsory in the army in the hope of increasing the physical and moral va'aie of the troops. He is also introducing the tug-of-war and track athletics.
