A wealthy anonymous philanthropist has placed at the disposal of prominent officials of the British Dental Association £200,000 on philanthropic and 5 per cent terms to establish institutions in London and the provinces for bringing the services of skilled dentists within the reach of the lower middle, and poorer classes 1 willing to pay moderate charges adjusted to their means.
