(Received April 11, 10 p.m.) Melbourne, April 11. The bench found there was not sufficinet evidence of subornation against Robert Harper, and discharged him. The bench considered there "Was sum-, cient evidence against tlie other five defendants to warrant their committal but they would have an opportunity to bring further evidence in their favour.^
