TVTOTICE is hereby given that at l * special meeting of the Richmon b Borough Council, held on the 8t 3 March, 1910, it was resolved that I . pursuance of section. 93 of "Thci Mu'n; cipal Corporations Act, 1908, and sec tions 48 to 56 of "The Rating Ad 1908," the following WATER RATEi , j in respect of the ordinary supply b made and lovied for tho period cow mencing on the Furst Day of April 1910, and ending on the 31st day o March, 1911, payable in two aqual in stalments on the 25th day of April 1910, and on the Ist day of October 1910. 1. Upon all lands and buildings t which water is' supplied, the rate table value of which, on the Valua tion Roll, does not exceed £12 10s a rate of 10s per annum ; exce6Si £1^! 10s, a rate of 4 per cent on sucl value. 2. Upon all lands and buildings t< which water can be, but is not, sup plied, situate within 100 yards O: any 'part of the waterworks, ou< half of the rates above mentioned. 3. Upon all buildings usejl as stores or warehouses, or for any pur pose other than dwelling house, om half of the rates mentipnel above. And notice is hereby given that t meeting of the* said Council will' be held at the Council Chambers, Richmond, on the 12th day of April, 1910 : to confirm the said resolution.
