SEDITION IN INDIA.
AN EDITOR SENTENCED. THE NASIK MURDER. [Press Association — Copyright.] Calcutta, March 29. The editor of "Swarajya," a newspaper published at Allahabad, has been sentenced to ten years' penal servitude for publishing seditious articles. Kainae- and two confederates found guilty of abetting in the murder of Mr Jackson, Collector at-Nasik, have been, sentenced to death, two others to transportation for life, and another has been sentenced to two years' hard labour.
