WINTER MANUFACTURE REQUIRED. [I'ukss Association — Copyuight.] (Received March 27,-5 p.m.) London, March 20. Tho Irish Butter Committee's report states that the stoppage of production for the winter is most harmful to the_ industry, and advises the manufacture of butter during the winter, thus obviating the objectionable practice hitherto customary of Irish creameries purchasing colonial and foreign butters and re-selling them without any indication of their origin, or whether Irish or not. . The report refers to the educational advantages of New Zealand's system of grading.
