THE SOMALILAND TROOPS.
(Received Marcli 23, 10.50 p.m.) London, March 23. Britain's decision to withdraw tho Somaliland troops to the coast has caused perturbation. Colonel W. H. Manning is issuing arms and ammunition to enablo the friendly natives to defend themselves.
