Whether or not the suburb of Aramoho' shquld be joined to the borough* of Wanganui has occupied public attention for a long time past, and various petitions and counter petitions have been sent to the Minister of Internal Affairs, who has on at least two occasions conferred with the inteiesled parties. He has now. notified the Borough Council that he proposes to advise the Governor to annex Araniolio to the borough,
