Dr Carlo Fiaschi and Nurse Young^ charged with the manslaughter of the girl Nightingale at Lithgow on January 10th, the judge said that in vTSSw - of tho second examination, which had discovered the supposed missing organ the Cro\yn case utterly failed. Evidently a mistake had been made. The jury added to the verdict, of not guilty a rider to tho effect that .there . was no evidence .that the operation ,was unskilfully performed by Fiaschi.
