Tho House of iLords Appeal Committre has decided that the goodwill! of the Chartreus la Grande Monasteryliqueur factory did not pass to the French judicial liquidator of the religious institutions ; that therefore the monks now settled in England are entitled to the old tradei marks; and that- consequently the liqueur manufactured by the French Government must bear a different mark.
