[United Press association.! Palmerston North, March 17. The cricket match, Australia v. Manawatu, was concluded to-day, and resulted in a v. in for the visitors by an innings n::d 104 runs. Australia declared their innings closed for 304 runs for eight wickets, Smith being cop scorer with 107 (which included eight sixes), a fire, 'and six fours. iYlanawatu's second innings realised 113 runs.
