THE ELECTIONS. (From "The Colonist," Feb. 16.) Following are the complete returns of the Motueka Harbour Board elections, held on Monday last. There wore nine candidates for the five seats held by the county members, and Messrs T. Hewetson, T. Pattie, H Everett, J. A. Guy, and C. Fry were elected. For the two borough scats Messrs F. W.
