Fielding,, Minister of Finance, in the Dominion House of Commons' debate on tho Georgian Bay scheme, said it was one which Canada must soon undertake; but it was of the utmost importance that Canada i should maintain high credit in the ' British money market. Canada already had heavy obligations.'
