BANK DEFALCATIONS AT HAVRE

COFFEE BROKER ARRESTED

London, Feb 16.

The "Daily Mail's" correspondent says that Juhel, a coffee broker at Havre, lias been arrested-in connection with defalcations of £120,000 in the accounts of a local bank, which lends money to merchants on warehoused goods. Lemerrie.re, his manager and clerk, who was responsible for the books wherein the irregularities appear, has also.been arrested.
