ALLEGED BREACH OF LIQUOR LAW.
— — » ■ ■ [United Ppess Association.] invercargill, Feb. 16. Mr Cruickshank, S.M., to-day gave judgment in the case of J. S. Noave (solicitor),- two. informations, on charges of keeping liquor for sale and assisting sly r grog selling in a no license district. He said that there was no proof that the liquor ordered was ever in the Invercargill no license district, or sold by anyone here. He dismissed both informations, the defendant not being called on to give evidence.
