TVTOTICE is hereby given that at a ™ Special Meeting of the Nelson City Council held on the 21st day <f January, 1910, a resolution was passed as follows : — That Grove street be widened by adding to it the strip of land hereinafter described, namely, a,. that piece or parcel of land, being part of section 1139, City of Nelson, containing 13.4 perches more or less, commencing at the easternmost corner of section 114 b. thence generally eastward dttU links, thence generally westerly along the northern boundary a the said section 1139 to the commencing point, and which -aid piece or parcel of land is hereoy declared to be incorporated witb and to form part of the said street.
