Wellington, Fe,b 11. Thd fdllowins is the Rev. D. C. Bate' a, summary and forecast: — The weather has been somewhat sultry and the winds light and variable. The skies have been cloudy and hazy in most parts during the day, and the barometer has fallen slightly in the south, but present indications are for little movement. Generally moderate to strong northerly and westerly- winds are probable and the weather cloudy and unsettled at times with showers in some parts, generally warm and fair.
