ACTION AGAINST A BUTLER.
London, Feb. 10. Lords Risebery and Rothschild and other executors of Lucy Cohen's will, and Mr. Lucas, executor of Anna Cohen's will, sued Frank Bradley, formerly in the Cohen's employ as butler and afterwardß their confidential agent, to recover £60,000. The defendant pleaded that the money was in gifts.
