AMUSEMENTS.
ROYAL STANDARD PICTURES. The present programme at tlie Druids' Hail is of more than average merit, and is evidently greatly appreciated by the large number who attend this popular placet of amusement last night, and who testified in no uncertain manner their approbation by rounds oi applause and hearty shrieks of laughter. The trick film "Satan in Prison," came as an eyeopener to a good many as to the wonderful conjuring possible per aid of the cinematograph. The dramatic films "The Press Gang" and the "Mountebank s Son" also received a most flattering reception. France, Africa, Sweden and Wales are all included in the travel and scenic series. The humorous films are all a splendid lot, while the picture of the Cunard's Atlantic liner Mauretania's arrival at Fishguard and discharging her passengers at the company's special wharf and railway stations is one of the finest subjects yet shown. The ever popular "Nick Carter" receives an ovation at the successful termination of his investigations. All the other items are well up to the standard set by the proprietor. The programme will be r&peated for the last time to-night
